Tips for Pre - Wedding dieting

Pre wedding dieting is tricky and successful only if it is done in the right way. On your big day it is normal to want to look your best but many times brides will go to extremes to shed a few pounds. In order to be successful, it is important to plan in advance. You must pace yourself on your diet and not treat your wedding day as a deadline. A good time to start is around eight to six months in advance. Your goal is to have a slow and steady weight loss because a last minute diet can cause too much weight loss leading to a dress falling down. Also, I urge you to not try extreme things that are dangerous to your body. Excessive time of juice cleanses or the popular Cayenne Pepper Diet, can cause lack of nutrients and fatigue. The ideal diet should consist of controlled portions, fiber, vitamins, lots of water to replace the electrolytes you are losing, and daily exercise! Cleanses and crash dieting do not work! Once you finish your cleanse you will want to eat everything because you have been depriving your body of the nutrients it needs. Set a reasonable goal as well. Try eliminating one to five unhealthy foods from your daily foods and drinks, like sodas. Replace a soda with water! Water is kep to help get rid of toxins in your body, improve skin, keep up energy levels, and keep your appetite lower! If you find yourself hungry, try snacking on fruits and vegetables. Fruits and veggies will fill you up and satisfy your need for sugar. Believe it or not the easiest way to lose weight is to cut back on cocktails and! Cocktails add more sugar and extra calories to your daily intake. Save cocktails for special occasions and replace them with water. Lastly, exercise is key to losing weight before your wedding day. As little as thirty minutes of exercise increases energy levels and boost your metabolism. Working out around three to four times a week can help you see results in a few weeks. If you stay true to your diet and exercise plan, you will see the difference and your personal goal will be complete.
